Annual Holiday Lighting Ceremony at Emerson Park

Congressman Kevin Yoder was at the Annual Holiday Lighting Ceremony on November 19th, at Emerson Park. UG Comissioners Mike Kane and Angela Markley, and BPU Commissioners Jeff Bryant also took part in the ceremony.

ANDA and Brotherhood Bank & Trust have partnered to construct two affordable Energy Star homes at 1515 & 1519 Metropolitan in Kansas City, KS.

Saturday, September 24th, volunteers from Brotherhood Bank & Trust with help from McKibben Lawn & Landscaping, installed the landscaping around the two new homes. Click the photo below for more information and for pictures of the work that was completed.

     ANDA builds homes to fit the needs of the residents with upgraded energy efficient
features and solar equipment.

     ANDA and The Energy Savings Store, was awarded a Build Green Energy Efficiency
Award by the Kansas City Board of Public Utilities at the 2010 Build Green Conference.
     The award was given for the use of solar energy in the new houses ANDA built in
Argentine.

Silver City Days

    ANDA’s Board of Directors and staff participate in the celebration of Silver City Days in Argentine. A booth is set up with information on the programs and affordable housing that ANDA offers. This celebration is held every year in the autumn. We love for everyone to stop by the booth, enjoy some complimentary candy and find out what we are all about.
